Hey friends,
the Electric Bazaar finally comes to life - a project that I had running around my brain for months, and that I’ve been working on since December. It’s also my first Nifty Gateway curated release, after more than 2 years since I first applied to work with them 😄⚡ #goals
You’ll find all infos about the drop in the image below, or on the Nifty drop page or in the image below. Purchasing and bidding will start at 6.30 PM ET (that’s 0:30 CEST but well, got to stay up long tonight!) and go for 24h. You can also switch on notifications on the official page.
When you start a project as an artist, you usually have a more or less specific vision in mind. However, you never know how precise this vision later comes to life in your art. The Electric Bazaar pieces turned out even better than I imagined, and I’m incredibly proud and happy about the feedback I get for these on social media and from my artist friends.
If you’re planning on getting one of the editions tonight, thanks in advance for your support making it possible to build such projects! 💜
Keep an eye on…
Two newsletters ago, I recommended two artists I follow and appreciate a lot. I love curating other creatives, so let’s keep this up! This time with:
Shavonne Wong’s The Weight of the World
I’m absolutely fascinated by dynamic art, and Shavonne is one of the leaders in trying out new concepts and innovative approaches. Her current drop isn’t only visually appealing, but also includes a storytelling that is connected to the dynamic concept. Please read more about it here!
Ben Bauchau’s Light In Thorns
I mentioned artist’s visions above, and this guy has one for sure! I’m a sucker for storytelling-heavy illustrative art, Ben delivers it constantly. Light In Thorns is his SuperRare genesis, can’t wait to see it being added to a collection and Ben’s next steps!
That’s it from me today, the next newsletter may probably take a while to come around. I’ve been working quite the hours lately, and despite some running commissions, I will do a couple shorter days, play some Hogwarts Legacy, and refill the batteries.
For the same reason, I decided to not come to NFT NYC this year. I’ve got a piece exhibited and would love to meet lots of people, but the April event date comes too early and I need to skip this one. I’ve got plans to come to NFC Lisbon in June though 😊
The next personal event to watch out for is the Curious Cabins #50 special drop, I’ll keep you updated about that later in April!
See you soon & thanks for reading!
