Goodbye September
The most artsy season of the year is here!
Hey readers,
it’s the October 1st - the last quarter of 2024 has started. And this means: it’s time for Inktober/Plastober!
Here’s my prompt list for this year again, in case you missed it. Or ignored it because you’re afraid of the challenge 😉. If you’re unsure, let me tell you this: doing this challenge for three years in a row improved my art style, storytelling skills and ability to make something work in a short time immensely. I’m sure that it was a considerable piece of the puzzle that turned me into a now fully booked illustrator (so I never find the time to actually do the challenge myself, damn! 😄) Go for it!
Personal Projects Update
Apart from some client commissions that I’ve got on my todo list, two of my current personal projects also made some progress recently.
Mirrored Dreams
Our participating artists for the book sent us most of their work by now (it all looks so amazing and it’s hard for me to not show it to you all before the book release). Dominik came over from Dresden this week, to make some decisions and work on the layout and Kickstarter page. And for some team fun as well, like a boulder session this morning. 😊

Suits of Life
After finishing the Hearts series, and printing some special edition cards for my collectors on Drip, I’m now working on the Clubs cards. The theme will be videogame-focused, with some 90s influence.
Remaining cards will be available later on in a very limited amount.
